1. Our “Learning Guarantee” At youtubers.lk, we are confident in the quality of our educational content. Our goal is to ensure you gain valuable knowledge and skills to succeed on YouTube.

We offer a “Learning Guarantee.” We will issue a full refund only if you have gone through the course materials and feel you have not successfully learned the concepts taught.

2. Eligibility Conditions To protect our content and ensure this policy is not abused, you must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

  • Timeframe: You must submit your request within 24 Hours of your purchase.

  • Proof of Effort: Since our policy is based on “learning,” we require you to demonstrate that you attempted the course work. You must provide:

    • Screenshots proving you have watched at least 100% of the video lessons.

    • A brief explanation of which specific learning outcomes were not met or what you found difficult to understand.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Granted We do not offer refunds for “change of mind.” If you simply decide you no longer want the course without trying the material, or if you purchase it and never log in, you will not be eligible for a refund under our Learning Guarantee.

4. How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund request:

We will review your request within 3-5 business days. If we confirm that you engaged with the content but did not achieve the learning outcomes, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
